Kenneth Alfred Fitch of Carver died on May 4,2008 in Carver at the age of 62. He was the husband of Joanne (Hixon) Fitch of Carver. Father of Kurt M. Fitch and his wife Tersea of Middleboro and Kate (Fitch) McDougle of Washington. Brother of Marjorie Dewing of Hanson and Barbara Crooker of Pembroke. He is alos survived by his grandchildren Casey and Seth.. Kenneth was born in Weymouth to the late Alfred and Marion (Whitaker) Fitch. He was raised and educated in Braintree, lived in Plympton before moving to Carver in 2001. He was a union electrician and a member IBEW local 103, retiring 4 years ago .Kenneth was in the USMC as a sergeant and was on the elite Silent Drill Team in D.C. He was a member of the Upland Sportsman’s Club in Plympton and was a member of the Carver Historical Society Kenneth enjoyed art, hunting, drag racing and calligraphy .He will be missed for his sense of humor and loved by all his family and friends. Calling Hours will be held on Friday May 9,2008 from 4-8pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home 116 Main St (rt 58) Carver Ma. All other services will be private. Donations can be made to the Carver Historical Society C/O Carver Town Hall 108 Main St Carver Ma 02330.
